by Courtney on 01/11/2020 It was so clean and beautiful and had everything you could possibly need. The location was just far enough away from Fredericksburg to have privacy but close enough that it was easy to go to Enchanted rock and downtown. I would definitely stay here again!!

The very essence of nature's balance surrounds us with the peace, joy and promise of the Lord. You have truly created a sanctuary to reconnect relationships, appreciate nature and stand in awe of what God's creation is all about. Thank you again for a fabulous stay and look forward to coming back soon. God bless you!

by George on 01/03/2020 It's been 2 long years but we finally made it back for our 11th visit! Due to the ill health and the passing of my mother -in-law we haven't been able to make it here. We enjoyed it as much as we always have and we are planning our 12th visit , hopefully, next month! We find that each time we come we spend less and less time in town and more time here just enjoying each other! I think next time we'll stay in the newest cabin (Casa del Sol) . We hope everyone enjoys this place as much as we do. Robert and Dorinda are wonderful people who have worked hard to provide a much needed respite from the outside pressures of our day to day lives. We thank them for all their hard work and look forward to seeing them again soon!

by Chad on 11/17/2019 This is an awesome cozy cabin surrounded by nature. Wonderful two person get away. It was so quiet and the light pollution isn't really there so you can see so many stars. DVD player with lots of movies to pick from if you want to just sit on the love seat and have some popcorn with a movie or walk some of the deer trails that are all over the place. 5/5 stars on everything from my wife and I. Its also 20 minutes from Enchanted rock and Fredricksburg

by Janet on 09/17/2019 I loved the Texas Star Cabin. I found bird seed for the feeder by the front door and humming bird food in the kitchen cupboard. It was lovely sitting on the porch watching the local wildlife. The cabin was very clean. There is a Keurig coffee maker. Take extra coffee if you like several cups a day.

by Lindsay on 04/20/2019 My husband and I stayed here for two nights and it was absolutely fantastic. Gorgeous inside and out. Immaculately clean. Plenty of towels, coffee etc. We saw deer, rabbits, and an armadillo among the plethora of wildflowers and trees that surround the cabin. Took a wonderful scenic drive to Enchanted Rock and then walked around Fredericksburg, where every meal we had was fabulous. Oh and the Jacuzzi tub was perfect after a long day of hiking. Highly recommend, worth every penny.
